Purposes and grounds for processing personal data and the retention period
We process personal data for the purposes and on the grounds listed below:
Data collected to create a Light Planer account and provide services
Personal data provided in the registration form on the website www.lightplanner.pl are processed in order to provide the lighting system configuration service (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR *), as well as on the basis of the legally justified purpose of maintaining contact (Article 6.1. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). The data will be processed until possible claims are time-barred after the account has been deleted. In the event of an order being processed, the data related to the bill / invoice will be processed until the tax liability expires and until the claims are time-barred or until the end of the warranty period. Data processed on the basis of a legitimate purpose will be processed until the objection is raised.
Data collected for recruitment purposes
Personal data (and contact details – if provided) are processed in order to conduct current and future recruitment processes, on the basis of expressed consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), as well as on the basis of the legally justified purpose of protection against claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). The data collected in the recruitment processes are stored for a period not longer than 3 months, and after consenting to participation in future recruitment processes, the data is stored until its cancellation.
Data collected for marketing purposes, including sending the newsletter
Personal data is processed for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means, including the newsletter, on the basis of consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). The data is processed until the consent for their further processing is withdrawn.
Data collected for contact purposes
Personal data provided during correspondence are processed in order to handle the sent inquiry on the basis of a legally justified purpose, which is to provide an answer (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) for a period of 10 years from the end of the correspondence.
Data collected for the implementation of concluded contracts
Personal data are processed in order to implement concluded contracts (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), as well as on the basis of the legally justified purpose of maintaining contact in order to establish new cooperation (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) . The data is processed until the expiry of the limitation period for the tax obligation in the case of accounting documents and until the claims are time-barred or the warranty period expires. Data processed on the basis of a legitimate purpose are processed until the objection is raised.
